    • Q.What time is Check-in and Check-out?

      Check-in is at 15:00pm and Check-out is at 10:00am. Check-in is done at the front desk in the old school building.

    • Q.Do you offer early check-in and late check-out?

      Late check-out is not available. (Use of the gym, the playroom in the old school building, and the seasonal pool is possible even with early check-in.) Early check-in is from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
      Please understand that room guidance for those who have applied for early check-in will also be from 3:00 PM due to cleaning considerations.
      ※Luggage storage for clothes and overnight gear is available only for those arriving by public transportation such as trains.

    • Q.Is it available in a wheelchair?

      Our facilities are not barrier-free. We ask for your understanding.

    • Q.Are pets allowed to stay with?

      Only the guests staying in the dog opera tent can bring their dogs with them.

    • Q. Is it possible to bring a cat as a pet with me?

      Unfortunately, only dogs can be allowed to bring with you.

    • Q.Are there vending machines?

      It is installed in the old school building.

    • Q.Are there parking lots?

      We have free parking lots available for our guests and those using the old school building. If you are staying at the dog opera tent, please use the parking lot 2 near the accommodation tent.

    • Q..Is smoking allowed in the guest rooms and the old school building?

      Smoking, including heat-not-burn cigarettes, is not allowed in the guest rooms, the old school building, and indoors. Please smoke in designated areas.

    • Q.Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

      Please be sure to fill in the date of your stay and the name of the reservation in the remarks column of the shipping label.

    • Q.Can you keep my luggage for me?

      As a general rule, only those who come by public transportation will be available. Regarding the ingredients, we will keep it for all guests.

    • Q.What types of payment methods are available?

      Cash or the following credit cards can be used:
      VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club International, PayPay, LINE Pay
      Contactless payments and electronic payments are not accepted.

    • Q.Do you have a pick-up service?

      Available. (Reservation Required)
      Please make a reservation at least one week before your stay.
      Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on availability.

    • Q.Is it possible to change the number of people or plan?

      It is possible by 15:00 pm of 3 days before the date of stay. In case your plans change, please cancel once and make a reservation again.

      ※Guidance to the tents will be available from 3 PM.
      ※Please note, there is a charge of 10,000 yen (tax included) per person for every additional 30 minutes.

      【Number of Guests】
      2 to 6 people per space
      For groups of more than 7, a separate space will be provided. Please understand that this may result in your group being split.
      Unlimited alcohol and soft drinks available! (17:00 - 20:30)
      This also applies to guests who do not opt for a meal.

      【Facilities】
      Access to the gymnasium and playroom is allowed.
      Tent entry is generally allowed.
      Bathrooms and shower rooms are not available for use.

      【Cancellation Policy】
      100% charge for cancellations made one week in advance
      100% charge for no-shows

    • Q.When will the cancellation fee be charged ?

      From 2 weeks prior: 50%
      From 1 week prior: 75%
      1 day before or no-show on the day: 100%

    • Q.Can minors make reservations by themselves?

      Persons under the age of 18 can make reservations by themself, but must submit a parental consent form. Please fill in the name and contact information of one guardian at the time of check-in on the day. If you get caught drinking while using our facility, we may call the police.

    • Q.How many guests can be accommodated in each guestrooms?

      The twin dome can accommodate 2 to 6 people, and the other rooms can accommodate 2 to 4 people.

    • Q.How many beds are there?

        2 queen beds (1 tent) / 4 single beds (2 tents)

        4 semi-double beds (2 tents) It's available to add 2 extra single beds in the case of 6 people.

      We will assign rooms to each tent in consideration of the reservation details such as the number of guests.
      Although it is not guaranteed,please fill in it in the request column when making a reservation if you have a preference for the type of bed.

    • Q.Can I choose the type of bed?

      Please fill in the desired bed in the 【Remarks column 】of the reservation form. If your desired bed is not available, we will inform you.

    • Q.Will there a charge for the drink bar?

      There is no additional fee as it is included in the accommodation fee. It is also available for those staying without meals.

    • Q.I am planning to stay in DOG OPERA TENT. What amenities are available for my dog?

      We have pet sheets, food balls, cages, deodorant bags, and deodorants for pets. If you have any other necessary equipment, please bring it with you.

    • Q.Is it possible to have a BBQ or a meal even if it rains?

      Individual BBQ spaces can be enclosed with awning roofs and vinyl curtains.

    • Q.Are there air conditioners in the guestrooms?

      Each room is equipped with an air conditioner. You can stay comfortably all year round.

    • Q.Can I store frozen meals and ice cubes in the refrigerator in each guest room?

      The refrigerator installed in each room has a two-door specification, and there is also a freezer, so you can bring in frozen products.

    • Q. Please tell me about the bathing facilities in the old school building and their opening hours.

      There are 2 public baths (an indoor bath, an open-air bath) in the old school building.There are 3 shower rooms each for men and women in the old school building,There are 2 shower rooms each for men and women in the pool building. Both are available from 15:00 to 23:00 and from 7:30 to 9:00 the following day.
      ※The shower room in the pool building is not available in the morning.
      ※Due to maintenance, the bathroom for women is not available on every Wednesday morning as well as the bathroom for men on every Thursday morning. Please utilize the shower room in the old school building in the morning.

    • Q.Since when will the swimming pool be available?

      Scheduled to be open from June 20, 2025, to the end of September 2025.

      ・Available from 1:00 PM (early check-in) to 9:00 PM on the day. (No reservation required)
      ・Tents are not accessible between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, so please change in your car or in the shower room in the pool building. (The shower room is a shared space and not very large, so you cannot leave your belongings there.)
      ・Swimsuits are not available for rent. Please bring your own.
      ・Pool towels are available for a fee. We recommend bringing your own.
      ・Free air pumps are available.
      ・The pool cannot be used on your check-out day.
      ・The pool is a school facility and is not heated.
      ・There is an area with a depth of 30 cm. Small children are welcome.
      ・There is no shaded area, so please take precautions against heatstroke.
      ・Please note that the pool may close in case of bad weather.

    • Q.Is a reservation needed to use the gymnasium?

      The reservation is not required

    • Q.Can I wear shoes in the gymnasium?

      No. Please take off your shoes before using the facilities or bring indoor shoes. We do not rent indoor shoes.

  • 【Meals】

    • Q.Where can I have a barbecue during my stay?

      Those who make a reservation for a plan with dinner and breakfast or a plan without meals can enjoy it in the dedicated BBQ space adjacent to each tent.
      We have a private BBQ area for you so please enjoy to your heart's content.

    • Q.Can I bring ingredients and drinks to the BBQ?

      Please feel free to bring your own ingredients and drinks. A refrigerator (with a freezer) is provided in each room, so please make use of it.

    • Q.Can I have a BBQ on a day trip?

      Unfortunately, we do not currently have a BBQ on a day trip.

    • Q.Can you arrange the meal for those who have food allergies or least favorite foods?

      Unfortunately, we cannot arrange the meal for those who have food allergies or least favorite foods. Bringing ingredients is available, so please select the plan without meals.

    • Q.How many days in advance can I order meals?

      You can order it at least 3 days before your stay.

    • Q.Can I bring BBQ grills, lanterns, and gas stoves with me?

      For fire safety reasons, please refrain from bringing flammable items.

  • 【NOTE】

    • Q.Until what time can I have a campfire?

      It will be until 22:00 pm.

    • Q. Can I bring firewood and bonfire stands with me?

      NO, Firewood are sold at the front desk until 21:00, so please use it.
      Bonfire stands are located in each tent.
      ※1 bundle of firewood: 1,100 yen ( including tax )
