・If our company made corrections, etc. based on the provisions of the     preceding paragraph, or determines not to make corrections, etc., our company will notify the customer.

Article 8 (Suspension of use of personal information, etc.) 

・If our company is requested by the person to stop using or delete (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") the personal information for the reason that the personal information is being handled beyond the  scope of the purpose of use or that it was acquired by illegal means, our company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.

・Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, in cases where suspension of use, etc. entails a large amount of costs, or where suspension of use, etc. is otherwise difficult,and there are necessary alternative measures to protect the rights and interests of the customer, you can take this alternative.

Article 9 ( Changes to privacy policy ) 

・The content of the policies may be changed without notice to the customer, except   for laws and regulations and other matters stipulated otherwise in the policies.

・The changed privacy policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on our website, unless otherwise specified by us.
